You can access our portal to see upcoming appointments, check balances, upload new documents to share with your therapist, etc.

Policy Reminders
  • We do not have an administrative assistant at this time. As such, please call your insurance if you need to verify benefits prior to scheduling. 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the therapist directly by phone or email. The main clinic number is answered by our clinic director when she is not in meetings. 

  • Please cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior or you will be charged the full session fee which is not covered by insurance.
