Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
If you do not have insurance or you are not using insurance for services, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your care at Maryland Parent Child Clinic, LLC will cost. This is based on a new law where health care providers must give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services. This information is covered in the intake forms you sign before treatment.
You also have a right to ask for a separate document with an overall estimate of the course of treatment that is recommended. Our office is also available to answer your questions and field requests as they pertain to Good Faith Estimates and insurance more generally at info@marylandpcc.com.

We do not have an administrative assistant at this time. As such, please call your insurance if you need to verify benefits prior to scheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the therapist directly by phone or email. The main clinic number is answered by our clinic director when she is not in meetings.

Please cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior or you will be charged the full session fee which is not covered by insurance.
